Atlanta Family Newborn Session : Baby August Molchan!

I love the images from this Atlanta family newborn session. Baby August is definitely surrounded by love and it shows in these photos. We were able to capture some great sibling portraits of August and his big sister. Their entire family looks amazing, and they were such a pleasure to shoot!

Atlanta Family Newborn Session

At every newborn session, we always do this floor reflection portrait. Parents don’t normally know what we are capturing when James is photographing this pose.  I love to watch the parents as they look at the back of the screen to see this gorgeous reflection on the floor. It is one of my favorite portraits that we take in the studio. And I love to help parents pick out a way to present this in their newborn’s room.  Generally this portrait will go above their baby’s bed.

 Baby August looks perfect!

We have so many props in our studio.  However, I love when parents bring personal props to their session.  August’s mom and dad brought old sentiments that daddy had as a child for August to pose with.  This pocket watch was passed down for generations in his family.  We also got to photograph him with his dad’s baby brush.

This baby rattle also belongs to August’s dad.

Love this beautiful family portrait.  Big sis was amazing and so helpful!

Though her hand is a little soft in the portrait, her smile and her eyes are perfect!

This is one of my favorite portraits of August and his big sister.  They are going to be best friends!

You can’t judge how a session is going to go when a toddler is involved, but she was wonderful!

This plane is not a prop we have in the studio.  Its another family treat that mom brought in.
